                             RESOLUTION NO.   19794 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING,
                   ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY
                   REFERENCE, WITH THE CHATTANOOGA HOUSING
                   AUTHORITY RELATIVE TO PROVISION OF
                   ADDITIONAL POLICE SERVICES.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, attached hereto and
       incorporated herein by reference, with the Chattanooga Housing
       Authority relative to provision of additional police services.
